The Benefits of Referrals

Referrals from satisfied customers are one of the most cost effective ways to promote your products or services. Not only that, when a customer finds you through a referral from a friend or from a positive review or rating, they come to you with a certain amount of trust. So getting those positive referrals is key to getting more people in the door. They say when a customer is happy, they tell a friend. When they’re unhappy they tell 10 friends. So there needs to be a proactive approach to generating positive referrals through online marketing.
